Regional Coordination Meeting for the 2022 Regsosek Preliminary Data Collection, Batang Hari Regency

Wednesday (21/9), taking place in the pattern room of the regent of Batang Hari Regency; The Deputy Regent of Batang Hari Regency, Bakhtiar, officially opened the Regional Coordination Meeting for Initial Socio-Economic Registration (Regsosek) which was held by BPS Batang Hari Regency. The coordination meeting was attended by elements of Forkopimda, Head of Service/Agency/OPD, as well as sub-district heads, village heads, and village heads throughout Batang Hari Regency.

In his remarks, Bakhtiar welcomed the activities of the initial Regsosek data collection as well as emphasized the importance of the results of the Regsosek initial data collection as a database in the preparation of regional government policies.

"In implementing regional policies, our data is not yet synchronized. Hopefully, starting with the compilation of this data, we will have a population database for planning community empowerment in Batang Hari," said Bakhtiar.

At the coordination meeting, Bakhtiar signed a charter of support for the initial Regsosek data collection on behalf of the Batang Hari Regency government. This is at the same time a momentum to strengthen coordination and collaboration between BPS Batang Hari Regency and the local government, considering that the data produced will be utilized by many elements.

The coordination meeting was continued with material presentation by the Head of BPS Jambi Province, Agus Sudibyo; Head of the Batang Hari Regency Regional Development Planning Agency, Mulawarmansyah, and moderated by the Head of the Batang Hari Regency Communication and Information Office, Amir Hamzah.
