FKP Socialization and Determination of Public Service Standards (SPP)

As a form of commitment to improving the quality of public services, BPS Batang Hari Regency held a Public Consultation Forum (FKP) for the Socialization and Determination of Public Service Standards (SPP). This FKP was held on Wednesday (23/04) at the BPS Batang Hari Office Hall.

This activity was opened directly by the Head of BPS Batang Hari Regency, Hartono, and attended by various elements of the community who use BPS Batang Hari Regency data. In addition, on this occasion, sectoral statistical coaching and an introduction to innovations developed by BPS Batang Hari Regency were also carried out.

Through this forum, BPS Batang Hari Regency received various constructive input and suggestions as material for evaluation and improvement of public service standards, both in the form of direct services (offline) and digital services (online).
