Abstract

The economy of Batang Hari Regency in 2023 as measured by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at Current Prices will reach 25.448 trillion rupiah and GDP per capita will reach 81.38 million rupiah. Batang Hari Regency's economy in 2023 will grow by 3.70 percent, slowing down from 2022 which will grow by 12.27 percent. In terms of production, the highest growth occurred in the Corporate Services Business Field at 14.71 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the highest growth was achieved by the Consumption Expenditure Component of Non-Profit Institutions Serving Households at 12.04 percent. The economic structure of Batang Hari Regency in 2023 is dominated by Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Business Fields which provide the largest contribution to GRDP at 40.61 percent. Meanwhile, on the expenditure side, GRDP is mostly used by the Household Consumption Expenditure Component at 40.48 percent.
