Abstraksi

In November 2020, Jambi City experienced inflation of 0.57 percent and the City of Muara Bungo with inflation of 0.44 percent. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Jambi City was 105.47 and the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Muara Bungo City was recorded at 105.35.

Inflation in Jambi City occurred in 3 (three) expenditure groups. Meanwhile, inflation in Muara Bungo City occurred in 4 (four) groups of goods and services expenditures due to an increase in the index.

The inflation rate for calendar year1 and year on year 2 for Jambi City this month amounted to 2.35 percent and 2.67 percent, respectively. Meanwhile, the inflation rate for the calendar year and "year on year" in Muara Bungo City this month was 1.75 percent and 2.16 percent, respectively.

Of the 24 cities in Sumatra that calculated the CPI, 22 (twenty two) cities experienced inflation and 2 (two) cities experienced deflation. The highest inflation in Sumatra occurred in Pematang Siantar City at 0.64 percent and the lowest in Bandar Lampung at 0.09 percent. Of the 90 cities that calculated the CPI in Indonesia, 83 (eighty three) cities experienced inflation. The highest inflation occurred in Kota Tual at 1.15 percent and the lowest at 0.01 percent occurred in Kota Bima.
