Abstract

Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) of Jambi Province in June 2020 was 101.15, up 2.63 percent compared to the previous month's NTP. The increase in NTP was due to the Farmer Received Price Index (It) which rose by 2.96 percent while the Farmer Paid Price Index (Ib) rose by 0.33 percent.
In June 2020, the Jambi Province NTP for each subsector was 99.91 for the Food Crop subsector (NTPP); 96.65 for the Horticulture sub-sector (NTPH); 101.73 for the People's Plantation Plant sub-sector (NTPR); 97.58 for the Animal Husbandry sub-sector (NTPT) and 103.81 for the Fisheries sub-sector (NTNP) consisting of Capture Fisheries (NTN) of 105.61 and Aquaculture (NTPi) of 97.79.
Rural inflation in Jambi Province was recorded at 0.38 percent. Inflation occurred in six groups of household consumption, namely the Food, Beverage and Tobacco group, the Health group; Transportation group; Recreation, Sports and Culture groups; Food and Beverage Supply group; and the Personal Care and Other Services group. Whereas in the Clothing and Footwear group; Housing, Water, Electricity and Household Fuels group; Household Equipment, Equipment and Routine Maintenance group; as well as the Information, Communication and Financial Services group, deflation occurred. Meanwhile in the Education group there was no change in the index.
The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Household Enterprises (NTUP) of Jambi Province in June 2020 was 102.00 or increased 2.84 percent compared to NTUP the previous month.
